*Anytime "OC" is mentioned, it includes self-inserts- Since this is a request, the art will always be watermarked.- My work can not be used for any commercial purposes or reproduced for monetary gain, such as for NFTs.- My work can not be inputed into any AI image generators- The recipient acknowledges that I (s-elkye/s.elkye/Sasha) am the creator of this work, and therefore, the recipient may not mislead others into believing that the work was created by anyone me.- I have the right to refuse a request for any reason. I tend to be picky based on how inspired I am by a character. This can vary over time. One day I may not be inspired by an OC, and the next I may be.- Only OCs can be submitted for these requests- Only one character per person can be submitted- I will not be drawing OCs that use stolen art as face-claims. That is just something that I blatantly refuse to do. Unless you have express permission from the artist, it counts as stolen art in my eyes. Proof must be provided if permission is given. Please do not use work made by others without permission when requesting me. Doing so will cause you to be blacklisted. This does not count for art that was commissioned by you or made for you.- AI images may not be used when requesting me. Doing so and/or having AI art blatantly on your page will cause you to be blacklisted an unable to work with me.- I will not be drawing OCs that are clearly characters from other IPs that are brought into the chosen IP. For example, a Marvel character turned into a DC character. This includes OCs with crossover lore and OCs that are essentially gender-bent versions of existing characters.- My art may not be reposted. Sharing and reblogging are always appreciated, but reposting without permission is not allowed. Requesters may repost their requested art, but must ask permission and properly credit me. If the requester wants to use the art as a pfp, they must credit me in their bio.- Not everyone who requests get their request drawn, and simply DM-ing me or filling out a request form does not guarantee anything. I can be a little picky and I draw based on what is inspiring me at the moment. That also means I can circle back to requests that didn't inspire me at the moment after some time.- I seldom do any requests that use Gacha as face-claims due to personal reasons that I don't want to get into. I've had bad experiences with gacha-life users in the past.- PLEASE do not bother me too much about requests. It makes me really anxious and not want to do requests. I'm a skittish little thing. The waiting time for these varies depending on a lot of different factors including that I'm a sickly victorian child.- I am never able to get to all requests, especially in recent months.- I will not draw anything blatantly NSFW.- If you already submitted a character, please don't resubmit them or submit another to avoid duplicates; I only allow one character submission per person. Also, you never know if I may circle back and draw a character that was requested some time ago. It all depends on how inspired I am and what I'm into at the moment.- I tend to favor the homies. And by homies, I mean people I've positively interacted with before, friends, mutuals, etc.- I don't design characters or costumes. To add, I don't draw helmets; I prefer faces!- These TOS can change. And by that it's mostly just wording.- Any inclination that my rules have not been read will cause a requester's request to be not considered.
